Our partners

TOMAK is a ‘doing with’ and not a ‘doing for’ program.

It is designed to work with and through partnership arrangements with the private sector, government and NGOs, enhancing systemic change and sustainability in line with TOMAK’s core thematic areas.

Within the Government of Timor-Leste, our primary partners are the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Ministry of Health, and the Secretary of State for Equality and Inclusion.

Our key NGO partners for community level activities are Catholic Relief Services and Caritas Diocesana de Baucau.
We also collaborate with a range of other partners, including organisations of persons with disabilities, women’s rights organisations, as well as private sector businesses.

Since 2016 and throughout both phases of the program, implementation of TOMAK has been managed by Adam Smith International.
